▪  Cancellations on or before Wednesday 20 March 2024 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
▪  Cancellations on or after Thursday 21 March 2024 will receive no refund.

Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

Late Registrations

Registrations for the conference will close at midnight (AEST) on Wednesday 20 March 2024 to enable appropriate pre-conference preparations. However, late registrations may be accepted upon application. A late fee of $88.00 AUD will be applied. Delegates who are approved to register after the closing date will be required to pay for all related costs immediately by credit card. Receipts will be provided when you register. A late registration is any registration received after midnight (AEDT) Wednesday 20 March 2024. Late registrations incur a risk that social programs and electives may already be fully subscribed. This policy has been implemented to enable a greater efficiency in the coordination necessary during the lead up to the conference, and to ensure the most enjoyable conference experience possible for everyone involved.

Registration Alterations

Delegates must note that some social functions may reach their capacity limits and tickets are only guaranteed on a first come first served basis. From 21 March 2024 no refunds will be provided for registration. There will be no cancellation allowance for failure to secure a visa to Australia. It is recommended that travel insurance be secured personally upon registration. The Conference Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.

International Boarders Closed

We ask all international delegates to carefully monitor the Australian travel restrictions and exemptions:  https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/
