Shore School, Loreto Kirribilli & Wenona

Shore School:

Shore’s rich history and tradition, founded on authentic and transformative Christian faith, creates a unique environment in which the intellectual, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual growth and wellbeing of our students can be truly nurtured.

The intention of this foundational learning environment across our campuses in Northbridge and North Sydney is to provide young men with an excellent, well-rounded education and a strong sense of service and community. From the early years right through to Year 12, students are set up for success, whatever their interests or abilities, with highly skilled teaching staff and world-class facilities that best meet the needs of young people in an ever-changing world.

ELC to Year 2 students at Northbridge and Year 3 – 6 and Senior School students at North Sydney all benefit from specialist sport, arts, music, and service-learning programmes, as well as high-performance learning initiatives and more.

Loreto Kirribilli

Step through the front gates of Loreto Kirribilli, and you will encounter what is warmly referred to throughout our community as our school ‘spirit’. Intangible, indefinable, our school spirit is the reason our harbourside campus is vibrant, welcoming and full of life, and why every student develops a deep sense of belonging to a rich community of faith. It is our spirit that imbues every learning opportunity, every feast day and extra-curricular activity. Perhaps it is the very same spirit that over 400 years ago gave our Loreto foundress, Mary Ward, the courage and strength of faith to establish her schools for girls; girls who would come to be ‘seekers of truth and doers of justice.
