Booking Conditions
These rates are available exclusively online. The link will remain open until Saturday 5 September 2026, after this time the groups rates will no longer be available. Bookings outside of the main group dates may be available, subject to availability, at the hotels best available rate.
Credit card details will be required when making reservations, however, please note that as pre-payment is not required, credit cards will not be charged at this time. Kindly refer to the check in policy for each hotel for important payment and bond information.
Cancellation Policy
Please note a charge equal to the full length of stay will be charged to the applicable credit card for any rooms cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date or any non-arrival of booked rooms.
