360-degree school leadership appraisal (QLPS)

As published in Independence, Vol 37 No 1, May 2012, six AHISA members recount their experience of The Quality Leadership Profile for Schools (QLPS), a formative leadership appraisal tool developed by AHISA in conjunction with the Queensland University of Technology and the Australian Council for Educational Leaders. Heads describe how it was applied in their school and what, in hindsight, they might have done differently.
