AHISA By-Laws

NOTICE TO MEMBERS

AHISA, by special resolution on 1 October 2007 at the 11th Biennial Conference, determined to dissolve AHISA upon the transfer of its assets to the new entity, AHISA Limited. The transfer of assets is complete and AHISA has ceased trading and is dissolved. All correspondence, contracts and trading are now conducted through AHISA Limited.

All members of the unincorporated association shall be deemed to be members of AHISA Limited unless they express a request otherwise in writing to the National Chair prior to the close of business, July 31 2008.

As a member you will see no difference in services or process at either the branch level or national level as a result of this change. It is business as usual for members, with this change, simply a significant improvement to an appropriate legal structure for the 21st century.
